We need the following information in your email:

Customers from outside the USA must fax orders to: (USA)707-751-3939.

Orders must contain the following:

1. Billing information:
Name, address, city, province, country, postal code and daytime phone number (must match name and address on credit card).

2. Credit card information:
Credit card ID (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), card number and expiration date.

3. Shipping information:
Name, address, city, province, country, postal code and daytime phone number, if different from billing information.
Your Federal Express account number (See item 4. below) is required.

4. Freight handling:
You must contact your local Federal Express office and setup an account. Your FedEx account number will be used to ship the products you order. All freight, duties and taxes will be billed to your Federal Express account number.

5. Order confirmation:
We will confirm your order after shipment by fax or e-mail, whichever you prefer.
