Interested companies/entities should download the foms listed below and e-mail, fax or mail them to Wheeleez, Inc. (see Contact Us Page)

Wheeleez, Inc. will contact you, usually within 7 to 14 business days, to advise you of your sign-in password, or to request additional information.

Please note that the "dealer application" must be complete, and signed by a person authorized to do so. The "dealer application" can form the basis for a credit application however; additional information may be required before credit can be considered. In principle, be guided by the terms and conditions listed on the "dealer application."
